How do I pay and book my rental vehicle?
Use our website to search your travel dates and times to select the vehicle you desire. Book the vehicle and pay with any major credit card. We do not accept debit cards. If you’re using a foreign credit card usually you need to call your issuing bank or credit card customer service to approve the charge before it will successfully process.
Payment for the rental itself is due in full at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you do not pay in full for the vehicle rental reservation at the time of booking then you are not assigned a vehicle and it is available for anyone else to rent it.
We require documentation of auto insurance that will cover your rental vehicle for comprehensive, collision and liability coverage. The document must show the name of insured drivers, effective dates over your rental period, insurance company name and the policy number. We use a program called Axle to verify insurance coverage and will send you an email with a link to submit your information.
If you do not meet the Insurance requirements you can opt to use our protection coverage options.
Premium Collision Damage Waiver & Liability – $64.99/Day Premium coverage bundle covers up to $35k to the rented vehicle, less $1,000 deductible, third-party liability coverage and medical coverage for you and your family following an accident, as well as coverage for personal belongings. This only covers damage to the rental vehicle when involved in an accident with another vehicle. It will not cover vehicle damage from anything else. A police report must be filed.
Collision Damage Waiver & Liability – $59.99/Day Provides liability insurance, a mandatory legal requirement, and covers up to $35k in damage done to the vehicle less a $1,000 deductible.
Liability Coverage – $37.99/Day Provides liability insurance which is a mandatory legal requirement.
To honor your reservation, all prices are final after booking. We don’t allow further discounts after the rental reservation is made.

What do you need to complete a booking?
You must pay for the rental using a credit card in your name.
For each driver, we require:
A valid driver’s license
Proof of auto insurance
Full payment for the rental with Credit Card in Primary Driver’s Name
A signed rental agreement
Is there a minimum age to drive your rental vehicles?
All drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 are subject to a $20/day young driver fee.

Do you have a minimum day requirement for renting a vehicle?
No. We do not require a minimum number of rental days, making it easy to book short trips, single-day adventures, or last-minute rentals.
What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations over $1,000 have 13% Cancellation Fee to cover credit card processing fees. *Note: During the holiday/high seasons a one (1) week notice is required to cancel for refund.
How many additional drivers are allowed?
The first driver is included. Additional drivers may be added for $5/each plu tax. Maximum limit of four drivers per rental.

How many miles does my rental include?
All rentals include unlimited miles.
Can we take our rental vehicle off paved roads?
Yes. All of our vehicles are equipped with 4WD and are approved for off paved road use. Always follow local laws, posted signage, and safe driving guidelines. You must stay on state or county maintained roads and trails.
Airports & Pickup
How do we pick up the rental vehicle?
Pickup instructions are provided after booking. Vehicles are conveniently available near the Kona International Airport (KOA) and the Lihue, Kauai Airport (LIH), allowing you to get on the road quickly after arrival. In Kailua Kona on the Big Island opt to use our private airport shuttle for $129 round trip and the driver will track your flight and meet you at baggage claim to assist with luggage. It’s the fastest way to get a rental vehicle from the Airport. Or taxi, Uber and Lyft are also options.
Do you accommodate early or late flights?
Yes. Early and late pickups can be accommodated with advance notice. We operate year-round.
Pricing & Deposits
What are my options for insurance while driving the rental vehicle?
You may use your personal auto insurance if it extends your coverage to your rental vehicle with the necessary coverage: comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage. Documentation is required. You must confirm your personal auto insurance policies will cover your rental vehicle, they do not all automatically extend coverage to rental vehicles.
Optional protection coverage bundles are available during booking if you prefer not to use your own insurance.
What if I receive a parking ticket or traffic violation?
Renters are responsible for all tickets and violations incurred during the rental period. Unpaid fines may result in an additional processing fee.
What happens if keys are lost or damaged?
Lost or damaged keys are the renter’s responsibility and replacement costs will apply.
